Friends of the Library Dinwiddie Annual Meeting: Southeast Asia Travelogue

Join us for a tour of Southeast Asia as world traveler Susan Chappell shares her experience visiting the region through pictures and storytelling. The tour includes the four Southeast Asian countries of: Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. In Thailand, we will visit the Buddhist temples and the elephant sanctuary. We will learn about the Lao tradition of giving alms to the monks. We will witness the beauty of Angkor Wat, a Buddhist-Hindu Temple in Cambodia, and we will take in the sights of the Ha Long Bay in Vietnam.
