Sit & Be Fit

This full-body workout is designed to be done from both a seated chair and a standing position. The class will emphasize exercises to improve flexibility, muscle and bone strength, circulation, and balance. It is fun and easy and suitable to people of all fitness abilities.

Event Details:

Class sizes will be limited and you will need to sign in upon arrival. If you test positive for COVID-19 within 3 days of class please call and notify the library, so other attendees may be notified.
