Program Description

Event Details

Hosted by the Virginia Cooperative Extension, this compassionate workshop explores the many forms grief can take whether from the loss of a loved one, income, health, or a relationship and how it often intensifies during the holiday season. We’ll delve into the stages of grief, their emotional, mental, and physical impacts, and offer practical strategies to help you cope. This program offers a supportive space for reflection, resilience-building, and learning how to support others through their own grief during the holidays. Reach out to FCS Agent Jessica Jones for more information by emailing jessicaj19@vt.edu or calling (804)469-4514.
