The library and the Historical Hopewell Foundation welcome Theresa Gee as she presents on Elizabeth Keckley: Tragedy to Triumph. Born in Dinwiddie County, Virginia, Elizabeth Keckley was the personal dressmaker and confidante of Mary Todd Lincoln. 

Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunches and the Legion will have lunch for sale during the presentation.
