The Hopewell Manufacturing Association Room, often called out HMA room, is the largest meeting room available at the Hopewell Library. It has flexible tables and chairs for forty and standing room for ninety to one hundred. There is a small counter with faucet and sink.
Equipment
This room has a moveable whiteboard. Please ask staff for dry erase markers. There is also a cart-mounted 65" flat screen which can be moved around the room easily. A laptop is available to facilitate presentations, or cables can be provided to connect your own laptop. We cannot guarantee we have every cable, but the TV has HMDI connections if you'd like to bring your own. A podium with a microphone is also available upon request.
Seating
The tables and chairs in this room are completely flexible. There can be tucked against the back wall and stored in a closet for open space, or laid out in a classroom setting. The possibilities are endless. Library staff are not responsible for set-up, but you do not have to reset the room to a specific configuration.
