Family Nutrition

Learn how to eat smart and be healthier. The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program is a USDA grant-funded program. Participants will attend for four classes - January 15, February 5, 12, and 26. At the first meeting, a confidential nutrition assessment will help participants see what is working for them and how they can improve their food goals. All materials will be provided.
