Program Description

Yoga for Beginners

Receive the abundant benefits of yoga.  This beginner class offers flowing movements at a gentle pace with attention to breathing and postures.  You can help with muscle strength, circulation, flexibility, and balance.  It is suitable for people of all fitness levels.  Please bring a yoga mat to class.  Youth are welcome and need to stay quiet during class.


Fitness Classes

Participants understand the risks associated with any exercise or fitness program and assume all risks from participating in the class. Participants should stop if they feel any discomfort during the class.
