Event Details
These classes will guide you through mindfulness and meditation using the five senses and breathwork. Each session provides practical tools to reduce stress, boost focus, and bring mindfulness into your daily routine. Feel free to bring a blanket, yoga mat, or water. Registration is required, but walk-ins are welcome. The course is led by Autumn Costello, a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor. Please arrive around 10-15 minutes early.
