Event Details

This class is perfect for people at any level of yoga and exercise and is done from the comfort of a chair.  It's completely beginner friendly and exactly what you need during the middle of your week.  It's slow paced and focuses on areas such as strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility.

Yoga is a great way to relax your mind and have you feel your best physically.  We occasionally will use singing bowls, readings, and essential oils (optional) during class to help with the practice of self-care and bring a sense of calmness from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

This class is great for both men and women at any fitness and yoga level.  You'll be sure to leave energized and refreshed.


Fitness Classes

Participants understand the risks associated with any exercise or fitness program and assume all risks from participating in the class. Participants should stop if they feel any discomfort during the class.
