Event Details

In this class, we move and groove for 45 minutes to some awesome songs working total body with a number of intense workouts and some low-impact movements to keep your body moving with ease throughout the day.  All fitness levels are welcome so bring a  yoga mat (or towel) and some water.  Please don't forget to bring your best moves because we may break out with a dance move or two...So let's get moving!
