Event Details

This six-week course guides you through mindfulness and meditation using the five senses and breathwork. Each session provides practical tools to reduce stress, boost focus, and bring mindfulness into your daily routine. Feel free to bring a blanket, yoga mat, or water. Registration is required, but walk-ins are welcome. The course is led by Autumn Costello, a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor.  

 

Course Outline:

Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Week 2: Using the Five Senses to Meditate

Week 3: Understanding Mantras and Their Benefits

Week 4: Incorporating Mindfulness into Daily Life

Week 5: Breathwork and Its Benefits

Week 6: Peer-Led Guided Meditation and Closing Discussion
