Event Details
This six-week course guides you through mindfulness and meditation using the five senses and breathwork. Each session provides practical tools to reduce stress, boost focus, and bring mindfulness into your daily routine. Feel free to bring a blanket, yoga mat, or water. Registration is required, but walk-ins are welcome. The course is led by Autumn Costello, a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor.
