Yoga for Beginners
Receive the abundant benefits of yoga. This beginner class offers flowing movements at a gentle pace with attention to breathing and postures. You can help with muscle strength, circulation, flexibility, and balance. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Youth are welcome and need to stay quiet during class.
Event Details
Class sizes will be limited and you are expected to sign in upon arrival. If you test positive for COVID-19 within 3 days, please call and report back to the library so we may notify other participants of exposure. Your privacy will be maintained and no personal information will be released.
